Is Moments free to use?

Moments is free to download and use. Some premium features may require a subscription, which can be managed through your Apple ID in the App Store.

Are my voice recordings private?

Yes. Your recordings are stored securely and encrypted. They are used only to generate your transcriptions and AI summaries. We do not share your personal content with third parties or use it for advertising.

How does the AI summary work?

When you record a moment, Moments transcribes your voice and generates a concise written summary using AI. This happens automatically after you save your recording. The summary appears alongside the original transcription in your entry.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual entries at any time within the app. To request a full export or deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at contact@usemomentsapp.com.

Does Moments work offline?

You can record moments without an internet connection. Transcription and AI summaries require an internet connection and will process once you're back online.

My recording isn't transcribing. What should I do?

Check that you have a stable internet connection and that microphone permissions are enabled for Moments in your iOS Settings. If the problem persists, please email us with your device model and iOS version.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Moments, and select Cancel Subscription.
